Question about problem with yarn
It is ridiculous! You call the customer service number and you get a sweet little voice telling you to send them an email.
You cannot talk to anyone directly anymore. Terrible way to run a business!

I love Premier Yarn! I was disappointed when I didn’t hear back about changing my order to standard shipping. They did change it and I am extremely grateful.
I wanted to switch my order to standard shipping. I ordered Saturday I didnt think customer service was open so I waited for today.

Missing order
my order is saying delivered, but it is not delivered. the lady at the jail said it hasnt showed up , I was just wondering if I could get a refund ?

Second of all you charge for your services which is NOT stated right up front!!! I understand your a business but your advertising on Google is misleading .
Also after going through texting it says 5.00 fee which is refundable BUT in small print says you'll be charged 40.00 a month for subscription to your company! What a RIP OFF!

Trying to find a pattern for a baby blanket. I started using either a batik yarn or the DK yarn.

They lost my package
My package has been on a FedEx truck since September 13 today is the 23rd contacted by email and there is no one to answer the the phone . I think this place is a scam... I just want my money back or a reshipment of the yarn I ordered.

Extremely disappointed! I ordered a few yarns last week and have been waiting on them.
I received my package today with a completely different order! That is not what I ordered!
There is no customer service call available over the weekend! What kind of business are they running!

Damaged product
The chenille yarn that they have falls apart as you try to use it! When contacting customer service, they said 'it's made to be like that, you have to use a sealant to keep the yarn together.' That is absolutely outrageous! I've used other chenille yarns and none of them have to be sealed!

Wrong address
From the airport the wrong address even though I corrected my address before I ordered and no one changed it for me so I guess I have to wait for my package to go to Florida and then come back up to Ohio.

I tried arrange a return of 8 skeins of yarn but the message back showed that only the cost of 2 skeins would be refunded back to me and I have not received a response from Premier to resolve this issue. In addition I have have not received any instruction directing me how to send back the yarn I wanted to return as I do not have any need for these car skeins.
I am requesting that I be refunded the total cost I paid for the 8 skeins I had bought. The balance remaining to be refunded to me is $23.16.
I completed the return form earlier today, May 21, 2025. I have not received any email confirming that the return form has been processed and the return is complete.
Please help me resolve this issue.

Received email stating order was delivered. Never received it.
Missed Consumer came through for me. The missing yarn was delivered today as per the original delivery date.
The error was not on the part of Premier Yarns, but the delivery service as the address was plainly visible but the driver did not read the entire address. Thank you so much.

There are no words to describe what an absolutely horrible experience I had with customer service.You have lost a customer & I’m sure many more to come with your arrogant “I don’t. care” policy
Try caring about your customers & talk to them. Your main interest is money not service.
Not only are you rude & uncaring, now if I cant explain in 100 words or more you wont even read what I say. Truly unbelievable.

User's recommendation: I am not informing premier because of anything negative. I am informing them because I have a scan of parfait layers and their is not any patterns listed for that yarn at the present time.
